CaringSG volunteers are individuals who dedicate their time and experience to supporting caregivers in the Singapore community.



CaringSG volunteers play a vital role in building a strong support system for caregivers in Singapore. By sharing their experiences, knowledge, and time, they contribute to a more positive and resilient caregiving community.
Volunteer Roles
CAREbuddy
CAREbuddy’s role is to enable and empower mature and balanced caregivers to give back to the disability community by supporting a fellow caregiver as a peer in a 1-to-1 friendship model.
Eligibility
- 18 – 65 years old
- Must be caregiver to a special needs dependant
- Singaporean or permanent resident preferred
CAREchampion
CAREchampion’s role is to enable and empower mature and balanced caregivers to give back to the disability community by supporting a fellow caregiver as a peer in group settings at community events.

- Must be caregiver to a special needs dependant
- Singaporean or permanent resident preferred
CAREkaki
The CAREkaki chapters are community volunteer groups which champion inclusion for people with disabilities and caregiver support in the neighbourhoods in collaboration with local grassroots committees, and they are trained and supported by CaringSG.
Eligibility
- 18 – 65 years old
- Must be accepted by GRO as a volunteer within your constituency
- Singaporean or permanent resident preferred
CAREambassador
CAREambassador’s role is to empower members of the public who are keen on supporting caregivers and special needs dependants effectively and appropriately in group settings at community events.
