Complimentary Flu Vaccination for Standard Members at Mount Alvernia Outreach Clinic
Get yourself protected with the flu vaccine before the influenza season peaks!
Receive your flu vaccination at Mount Alvernia Outreach Medical Clinic at $0. Available on a first-come-first-served basis, capped at 50 pax. Extendable to 1 caregiver per PWD ward. Pre-registration is required to reserve your vaccine. Registration will close on 31 Dec 2024. Vaccination will take place once the new vaccines arrive in the month of Nov to Dec 2024.
How to redeem:
a. Fill in the registration form here (Registration Form (Flu Vaccination – CaringSG – only for STANDARD members)
b. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation text from MAOMC
c. When your vaccines are ready, you will receive a second confirmation text from MAOMC to inform you to proceed to the clinic for vaccination.

- For Standard Member caregivers and PWD wards who have not had a flu vaccination within the last six months.
