As part of the family events, your personal information (including but not limited to any visual images, photographs and/or videos captured during the program, social media presence and posts) (“Personal Data”) may be collected by CaringSG and its event co-organizers and those acting within its authority to be used and disclosed for the following purposes (“Purposes”):
- To perform surveys and questionnaires for research and feedback enquiry.
- To send information, updates and corporate information by email, text messages or social media about our events or those of third parties that we think may interest you.
- Communication purposes, such as sending out internal e-bulletins, newsletters, emails, brochures, leaflets, letters and flyers.
- Administer your participation in programs and events.
- Maintenance and upkeep of event participants’ records and data.
- Respond to your questions related to the event or what we do.
- Process your payment transactions. (if applicable)
- To send out invitations for present and future CaringSG events which may be of interest to you.
- Registration and maintenance of participants’ database.
Your Personal Data may be disclosed for any of the Purposes and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act to any company related to CaringSG; any agents or service providers providing services to us in relation to the Purposes; any third parties funding any of the Purposes; any third party who is jointly organising an event, activity or program with us; and any third party who is under a duty of confidentiality to keep your Personal Data confidential and who must comply with the PDPA.
As the programs necessarily involve interactions between and among various participants (as pilots, participants, facilitators, volunteers or otherwise), CaringSG has no control over and cannot be responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data by participants in their personal capacity. Similarly, you shall be respectful of the Personal Data of other participants.
