CaringSG Limited (“CaringSG”), conducts webinars, forums and respite events build caregiving knowledge, skills and personal resilience. We also organize family activities to help caregivers bond with dependents and other special needs families.
I acknowledge that before becoming a participant in connection with CaringSG and its event co-organizers and those acting within its authority, I am familiar with the policies, rules, regulations, procedures and requirements.
I will adhere to the policies, rules, regulations, procedures and requirements of CaringSG and its event co-organizers and those acting within its authority, as well as all applicable governmental laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
I fully understand and am aware that there are risks associated with being a participant including possible injury, disability or death.
To the fullest extent allowed under law, I hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless CaringSG and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, partners, vendors licensees, and representatives (together, “Releasees”) from any and all liability, actions, claims, losses or demands that I, together with my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives (together, “co-Releasors”) now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) my participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in the activities. I also agree that I and the co-Releasors will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release, and will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expense, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or costs which any and all of them may incur.
