Dawn Kwan

This collection of paintings invites us into the quiet yet transformative spaces of human connection — to be held, to be witnessed, and to become. Through mixed media — Chinese ink, acrylics, and solvents — each work embodies the alchemy of encounter, where opposites meet and something new emerges. Layers of color flow like strata, starbursts crystallize into light, and cranes take flight across golden skies.

These artworks remind us that becoming is not solitary but relational: in the Journey of our Hearts we are shaped in the presence of others, reshaped in the in-betweens, and strengthened by the invisible bonds that hold us. In offering these works for auction, the artist channels this very synthesis — the power of connection made visible — so that the proceeds may help bring safety, care, and belonging to those served by CaringSG.

Join the auction and contribute to building a CARING community.
