CaringSG Limited is a charity led by caregivers to serve special needs caregivers and the community towards an inclusive and caring Singapore. Since inception, we have successfully garnered wide stakeholder buy-in and demonstrated great potential for cross-sectoral impact through our Project 3i implementation.
We are currently searching for a Volunteer Management Executive to join our ranks to boost our organizational growth and program success. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, resilient and possesses good leadership, people and stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities
– Engagement, recruitment and reactivation – develop engagement and recruitment strategy for volunteers and the reactivation strategy for passive volunteers.
– Training and development – evaluate volunteer practices and standards, develops and implement volunteer training programmes and volunteer recognition programmes.
– Volunteer partnership – project the organisation’s requirements for volunteers, evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer partnerships
– Stakeholder engagement – identifying opportunities for collaborations with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies and drives engagement with key stakeholders through various platforms, working in conjunction with corporate communications.
– Management and governance – develop and manage volunteer database and resources, work with program teams to meet volunteer needs of each program, evaluating volunteer management policies and processes and leading their implementation, and develop risk mitigation measures for volunteer programmes.

Technical Competencies
- Experience in basic graphic design skills will be an advantage
- Able to make presentations and stakeholder engagements
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, one drive, powerPoint) and Google Suite (form, doc, sheet, drive) and familiar with common graphic designing programs

- Onsite requirements
- Team meeting once a week in CaringSG office in Enabling Village
- Meetings with donors and partners as necessary
- Ad-hoc volunteer training or engagement activities on weekends or weekday nights

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience
- O, A, Diploma (Non-graduate) with >/=5 years of relevant work experience in relevant business, event management or marketing.
- Degree with >/=2 years of relevant work experience in business, event management or marketing.
Salary Range
SGD 2,500-4,400
